I had the pleasure to collaborate with my friend and client, Tony Pasquini, to create the vision and concept for a boutique hotel located at the corner of 32nd Street and Zuni. Together, we worked to design a space that not only meets the demands of modern travelers but also harmonizes with its urban surroundings.

The primary entrance, positioned along 32nd Street, welcomes guests directly into a beautifully curated lobby and community lounge area. A secondary, southern-facing entry features a one-way covered drive aisle designed for valet services, ensuring a seamless and convenient drop-off experience and access to the parking facilities below.
