This 180,000 square-foot mixed-use redevelopment was designed to transform the existing complex of outdated buildings into an accessible pedestrian-friendly streetscape that would link Vail’s new town square to the existing West Vail neighborhood. 

The Bavarian-inspired alpine design contains a four-star boutique hotel containing 125 guest rooms, 12 condominiums, retail shops at the plaza level and a 15,000 square-foot underground conference facility with parking.
