One Snowmass
Snowmass Village, Colorado
Designed on top of the existing parking garage and abandoned building foundations, One Snowmass consists of two interconnected buildings housing 41 residences, each crafted to maximize panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The west building contains the long-anticipated village transit center and arrival center located at ground level. Interior escalators provide a direct connection to the village plaza at level four.
The architectural vision behind One Snowmass emphasizes clean lines, expansive glass facades, and natural materials, creating a warm yet sophisticated aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light, while private balconies offer residents a direct connection to the alpine landscape. The soaring roofs with deep overhangs were inspired by the mid-century modern ski lodges, adding a sense of place and skiing heritage to the design.
