Disney's Explorers Lodge is a themed hotel located within the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. The lodge is designed to immerse guests in a world of adventure, inspired by the exotic surroundings and rich cultures of Asia, Oceania, South America, and Africa. The hotel features 750 rooms, each themed to one of the four tropical climates, and offers a variety of dining options, recreational activities, and amenities.

As the lead designer responsible for developing the vision and architecture for the hotel’s building wings, my goal was to create an overall unifying canvas for the building facades while distinguishing each thematic region by introducing bay windows, expressed structure, and unique architectural details  that recall the early vernacular structures of their locale.
