Compass Point One Residences

Watersound, Florida

Compass Point One is aptly named for its prominent location, extending into the great dunes that run parallel to the Gulf coastline, offering dramatic views in every direction. The 24 residences are elevated above a concealed parking garage, providing uninterrupted views of the water.

The architecture draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of Northeastern Shingle-Style coastal retreats. Sweeping rooflines, articulated dormers, and generous bay windows lend a sense of nostalgic charm, while the building’s base features a gently undulating shingle pattern — a subtle homage to the shifting contours of the surrounding dunes.
