As the first cottage to be built in Moreland Village, it was important that the house create a vibrant and engaging streetscape while at the same time establish a scale and architectural character that would shape the neighborhood’s identity.  The Artist Cottage was designed for Palmetto Bluff and Garden + Gun Magazine as home for their Artist in Residence program.
